Home for the holidays may mean going to our magnificent historic mansions, one hotel and one church up in Pocantico Hills by December 30th - in time to see Lyndhurst in full Christmas splendor on the same day.  On Manhattan, several homes are open all year 'round.   Here is a list by way of photos and captions, which provide historical information and websites.

The Merchant's House is open on New Year's Day - a lovely way to begin 2018.  (Please note that your support of these historic properties is crucial for their survival.  So paying admission or offering a donation online is always greatly appreciated.)
